Company Vision
Founded in 2020 in Ghana, Boma Properties Ltd (BOMA) has quickly become a recognized developer in the Accra affordable housing market.
BOMA prides itself in developing good quality, well executed and affordable housing communities for middle class families using sustainable building technologies.
Exceptional in-house design, value engineering, procurement and construction capabilities allow BOMA to deliver superior quality at prices currently starting as low as $42,000.
BOMA has completed construction of 50 affordable homes to date, ranging from $40,000 to $72,000, earning $2.6m in revenue.
We are aiming for housing typologies ranging from $25,000 to $250,000; offering the market a large range of housing with an extended market reach.
All our current projects are planned for Ghana, however, we will be starting in the Ivory Coast in 2024.

Kofi Anku
CEO
Kofi Anku, a graduate of prestigious Columbia University in New York City, has over two decades of leadership experience in the Ghanaian real estate industry. He led the development and sales of hundreds of residential plots. In 2021 Kofi completed Ayi Mensah Park, a gated community of 200 townhouses in partnership with Black Ivy llc.
Stephan Coret
Project Director
Stephan Coret has extensive experience in Project Management, Civil and Structural Engineering Consulting and Construction, having worked across Africa and Europe. He has designed and built a large number of diverse projects. He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with the ICE and holds a BSc and MSc in Civil Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.
Dr. Maame Mensa-Bonsu
Legal Director
Maame Mensa-Bonsu completed her Bachelor of Civil Law with distinction and her PhD at the University of Oxford. Maame has advised on real estate transactions and worked in arbitration since 2015. She holds a BA in Theatre Arts and Spanish; and an LLB with First Class Honours, from the University of Ghana.
Bilal Arraj
Technical Director
Bilal has extensive experience in the design and construction of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Services. He has worked in Ghana, Ivory Coast, Turkmenistan, Equatorial Guinea and Lebanon on numerous projects. He is an Electrical Engineer with a BEng in Industrial and Maintenance Engineering from the University of Lebanon and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the University of Balamand.
